We can send you your order to most countries around the world.
Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
All our goods are professionally packed for safe delivery to any country.
Our products are dispatched via Courier Service (a package tracking service is available) and you will be required to sign upon delivery.
We use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the item you order and the speed with which you wish to receive it. For more information on delivery arrangements and prices see delivery information.
Delivery time is 4 to 10 working days (depending on the geographical location). Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your items within 10 days of the date of your order, we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting an item to you within that time.
If we are in no position to dispatch your order due to a shortage of products etc, we will contact you within three days to inform you about the expected date of dispatch.
Additional charges, such as import duties and taxes levied by the authorities of your country once the shipment reaches your country, must be met by you.
Please check the delivery address, as the company is not responsible for delivery to incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible and will have to meet the cost for resending or returning an order due to incorrect address.
Signature is required at delivery. By placing an order you are authorising us to accept signature from another person on your behalf if you need to sign for an item and you are not present at the time of delivery. For some items that do not require a signature at delivery you may be able to give instructions explaining if and where you would like the item to be left if no one is present at the time of delivery, such as with a neighbour.
We use third party delivery companies which may, at their discretion, leave an item in a safe place if no one is present at the time of delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company will put a card through your letter box explaining where it has left the item.
Please note: We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers.
Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we have delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour) and you have paid for it. When an item is sent for delivery, risk of damage to or loss of the item passes to you.
Fuel Surcharge Information
Changes in fuel prices have resulted in increased overall costs for the transport industry, necessitating the introduction of a variable fuel surcharge which may rise, fall or be removed to align with movements in fuel prices.
We try to absorb as much as possible of this fluctuation, as our operational cost, in order to keep the changes, as small as possible.
